Get rid of athletes foot naturally

Athlete’s foot occurs when the tinea fungus grows on the feet and it is very common and very easy to treat naturally! Main causes of athletes foot are:


  • From public locker rooms, showers, and swimming pools

  • Sharing socks, shoes, or towels with an infected person

  • Wearing tight or closed-toe shoes

  • Wet feet for long periods of time

  • Sweaty feet

  • Minor skin or nail injury on your foot


It will not go away, the root issue needs to be dealt with and can be done very easily!

Take care of your feet with just a few simple steps!


  • Wash your feet daily and make sure between your toes are totally dry

  • Add a drop of tea tree between each toe to kill the fungus

  • (discontinue use of tea tree if irritation occurs)

  • Put on clean dry socks preferably 100% cotton so the feet can breath

  • Check your shoes if they're too tight purchase a new pair or wear ones that fit better.

  • If you work long hours with wet feet air dry when possible and change socks often.

  • Keep feet clean, dry and comfortable.


Leaving it untreated will drive you nuts and infect others, dealing with it quickly and naturally will rid it within a week!
